Never double-books
At the moment of booking it checks the time again. If someone got there first, it offers the next free times right away.
Concierge's assistant talks to your clients on WhatsApp, Instagram and your site, offers only times that really exist, and books them into the calendar of whoever will see them: classes with places, one-to-one sessions, rooms and equipment.
Marina asks for a reformer on Tuesday morning. The assistant offers 7am with Ana, the last place, or 10am. She picks 7am and the class is full.
And the assistant calls your team what you call them: instructor
You set up your studio once. Then the assistant answers, checks and books — even while you're teaching.
Your servicesDuration, people per time slot, minimum notice and a daily cap. Group class or one-to-one.
First the studio adds four services, then three professionals with their own hours. Ana connects her Google Calendar through a link. WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and the site are switched on. A client takes the last place in the 7am Mat Pilates, and the Team view shows each professional's day.
The assistant follows your calendar's rules to the letter — and when it can't confirm, it doesn't guess.
At the moment of booking it checks the time again. If someone got there first, it offers the next free times right away.
No times that already passed, outside opening hours, or without the notice you set.
Each start takes up to the number of people you set. Once it's full, the assistant offers the next class.
A service with no professional books the space as one: the room, the massage table, the machine.
Professionals can see only their own bookings, without opening the whole studio's calendar.
Better to refuse than to book twice. The client is offered a human follow-up, and you hear about it in the console, by email and on Telegram.
List, day, team, three days, week and month. Filter by professional or service, and reschedule or cancel right on the calendar.
At 11:14pm, with the studio closed, the assistant books a Mat Pilates for tomorrow at 7am.

What studios ask before they let the assistant book.
Yes, from the Growth plan up (WhatsApp and Instagram). The same assistant answers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and your site's widget — and they all book into the same calendar. On Starter, the channels are your site and Telegram.
No. Without Google, bookings live in Concierge's own calendar. With Google connected, every booking goes into your calendar and the events you already have block those times.
No. Each person gets a link — single use, valid for 7 days — to connect their own Google Calendar. The studio only sees when they're busy, never what the event is. Anyone who wants to follow their own bookings can be given access to their own calendar only.
Yes. Each service sets how many people fit per time slot, from 1 to 100. The slot keeps being offered until it's full, and then the assistant offers the next class.
At the moment of booking the assistant checks the time again. Whoever gets there first takes the place; the other one is offered the next free times right away.
No. It only offers times the calendar returned as free, respecting the minimum notice and the daily cap. If it can't read the calendar, it refuses, offers a human follow-up, and you're alerted.
Yes, from the Agenda in the console: reschedule or cancel and Google Calendar follows. A booking with no professional can also be assigned to someone on the team.
Agenda runs on the Concierge plans, and each plan has a monthly bookings allowance: 150 on Starter, 600 on Growth and 2,000 on Scale. It's switched on together with our team.
